Kanskje litt hard \u00e5pning da km 5 var noe tung og treg. G\u00e5r jo fors\u00e5vidt mye oppover til vending s\u00e5 derfor er det naturlig noe tyngre f\u00f8rste halvdel. Ganske forn\u00f8yd med at l\u00f8ypa i Oslo maraton er en god del flatere enn der jeg l\u00f8per under trening.<\/p>\n<p>Har pr\u00f8vd \u00e5 v\u00e6re mer bevisst p\u00e5 km-tider n\u00e5 ettersom det sansyneligvis er dette jeg l\u00f8per p\u00e5 p\u00e5 Oslo Maraton.
