Anbefales p\u00e5 det varmeste!!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 ss ros\u00e9pepper<\/li>\n<li>2 ss gr\u00f8nnpepper<\/li>\n<li>2 ss svartpepper<\/li>\n<li>4 stk sjalottl\u00f8ker<\/li>\n<li>1 ss sm\u00f8r<\/li>\n<li>1 ss tomatpure<\/li>\n<li>2 ss hvetemel<\/li>\n<li>4 ss kalvefond og 3 dl vatten, har du 3 dl flytende kalvefond s\u00e5 bruk det istedenfor<\/li>\n<li>1 ts sukker<\/li>\n<li>1,5 dl fl\u00f8te<\/li>\n<li>1 dl r\u00f8tt vin<\/li>\n<li>1 ss dijonsenap<\/li>\n<li>1 ss soja<\/li>\n<li>2 krm salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Slik lager du den:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Finknus pepperen i en mortel.<\/li>\n<li>Finhakk sjalottl\u00f8ken.<\/li>\n<li>Varm opp en stekepanne og fres l\u00f8ken i sm\u00f8ret under omr\u00f8ring.<\/li>\n<li>Tillsett tomatpuren og den knuste pepperen. stek inn et minutts tid.<\/li>\n<li>Tillsett hvetemel og fres litt til.<\/li>\n<li>Hell i vatten og kalvefond, kok opp.<\/li>\n<li>Tillsett fl\u00f8ten, sukker, r\u00f8tt vin, soja og dijonsennep.
