Satser p\u00e5 litt sm\u00e5jogging med jevne mellomrom n\u00e5 framover slik at kondisen holder seg p\u00e5 et akseptabelt niv\u00e5. I f\u00f8rste omgang s\u00e5 er det p.g.a. holmenkollstafetten som kondisen m\u00e5 spisses (skulle nok klart en av de korte etappene fint uten \u00e5 trene..)..<\/p>\n<p>Har i alle fall etablert en fin liten runde p\u00e5 6,5km her i nabolaget som har blitt d\u00f8pt korte greverudrunden.
